Strong Bodies Spring Session
The Strong Bodies Spring 2024 session begins April 9 and runs through June 27. Strong Bodies has been shown to increase strength, muscle mass, and bone density. Classes are held twice weekly and include progressive resistance training, balance training, and flexibility exercises.
Connecting Entrepreneurial Communities Conference
Wisconsin’s 1st annual CEC Conference will be held in Platteville May 30-31, 2024! Please mark your calendars for this ESO informational conference where you can network with community champions from around the state, gain new technical skills for promoting entrepreneurship and take in the beautiful southwest Wisconsin area.
