Strong Bodies Spring Session

The Strong Bodies Spring 2024 session begins April 9 and runs through June 27. Strong Bodies has been shown to increase strength, muscle mass, and bone density. Classes are held twice weekly and include progressive resistance training, balance training, and flexibility exercises.
